President Signs Bill Granting Expansion of Tax Incentive for Conservation

On August 17, the President signed the Pension Reform Bill into law. The law provides substantial new land conservation tax benefits for landowners, especially farms and ranchers. the incentives expire December 31, 2007. See also “New Conservation Tax Benefits for Landowners” press release.
