|
The Chamberlain conservation easement protects a stretch of east side waterfront property north of Strawberry Point on Whidbey Island. This property has an active bald eagle nest, mature forest and stream. The Chamberlains donated a conservation easement on the property to ensure that only one residence was built on the site and that the forest, shoreline, fish and wildlife habitat and scenic open space would be permanently protected for future generations.
