Description

With prime agricultural soils, this land has been farmed since the 1860s. A variety of crops have been cultivated here, and barley and seed cabbage are its most recent crops. The conservation easement placed on this property ensures that the land will always be available for farming and never developed for residential use. The property connects to more than 153 acres of farmland also protected by conservation easements.
