Kim Andrews

Board Treasurer

Kim was honored to be elected to the Board of Directors of the Land Trust in 2025, following a year of service on the Finance Committee. She is eager to continue supporting the organization’s mission and its vital work in preserving Whidbey and Camano Islands’ natural beauty.

Kim grew up in Washington State and, in 1990, she and her husband made Whidbey Island their home. They started a business and raised their two children in Coupeville, embedding themselves in the local community. Over the years, Kim has had an accomplished career in the public sector on Whidbey Island, including roles with South Whidbey Parks & Recreation, where she organized outdoor programs, and with the Coupeville School District, where she created the Coupeville Community Education program and worked in the athletic department. She also served the City of Oak Harbor in Human Resources before transitioning to her current position as Vice President of Human Resources at SaviBank.

When not at work, Kim enjoys spending time with her family, enjoying the outdoors through skiing, hiking and biking. She and her husband are also avid travelers, often taking cross-country road trips in their sprinter van, with regular visits to Northwoods Wisconsin to see family.
