Nancy Ritzenthaler joined the Board in 2023. She has been active in the Washington environmental community for 25 years, serving on the boards of Conservation Northwest and Washington Conservation Voters/Washington Conservation Action. Nancy grew up on Bainbridge Island and spent her formative years hiking and climbing on the Olympic Peninsula. After starting her professional career in the lumber business, she then moved to business development and marketing at Hewlett Packard and then Microsoft. Nancy received her MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management, and a BS in forestry from the University of Washington. She lives in Greenbank and West Seattle with her husband Al Odmark. Her passions include hiking, road and mountain biking, Nordic skiing, and native plants.
