Fran Burnside’s dearest childhood memories are rooted on the shores of Camano Island. When she was a young girl in the 1940s, she and her two brothers would spend summers at her grandparents’ property on Elger Bay.
Heavy Lifting During Barnum Point Cleanup
A large gathering of volunteers showed up at Barnum Point on Camano Island eager to clean up debris to help get the property closer to opening to the public as a county park.
