This 54-acre farm and forest is a wildlife haven, encompassing intact forest and wetland habitats that include headwaters that drain to Lake Hancock.  A conservation easement was donated by the landowner, which removed all remaining development rights, permanently protecting this historic farm and surrounding forest.
