Through the donation of a conservation easement, the Land Trust protected nearly 90 acres within our Swede Hill Priority Area. The property includes beautiful mature forest and spectacular coastal bluffs with sweeping views of the Puget Sound. The conservation easement will prevent future development of this amazing property, protecting its significant conservation values, including providing an abundance of wildlife habitat, ecosystem services and climate resilience.
