This conservation easement protects 10 acres of historic farmland located at the corner of Monroe Landing and Arnold Roads. This conservation easement permanently removed all but one of the property’s development rights. The existing house is a listed contributing structure within the Central Whidbey Island Historic District and is enhanced by neighboring a 10-acre property to the west that is also protected with a conservation easement.
