Eight properties totaling 89 acres were protected by another nonprofit and later the conservation easement was transferred to the Land Trust in 1984. Half of the acreage is in native forest and half is in agriculture. The property provides a scenic backdrop when traveling on Green Road. Today, five landowners steward the properties.
